Our elastic waist pants for men with a snap at the waist and a zipper fly are made of poly-cotton twill (65% poly/35% cotton). The full elastic waistband provides extra comfort without losing that dressy look. The snap at the waist is easier to close than fitting a button into a button hole, especially for the individual with limited dexterity or arthritis. These slacks are wrinkle resistant and have a full elastic waist to ensure comfort all day long.
These trousers have two roomy front pockets and two back pockets.

Perfect Pants!
These pants are exactly what my 92 year old Dad needs. His fingers are numb, and he has hand tremors, making buttons/snaps and zippers nearly impossible for him. He goes to dinner at his senior living dining room every night and takes pride in his appearance. These button/snap and zipper elastic waist pants are perfect - they look great and don't require use of the button/snap and zipper. And these pants come in different lengths! Some of the other brands of elastic waist pants only come in one length, which I've interpreted as an odd assumption that all people who want or need elastic waists must be the same height (kidding, but Comfort Clothing clearly wins in meeting customers' needs by offering different lengths).
