Great customer service
I made a mistake on my order and customer service caught it. They contacted me about the error and made the necessary adjustments. Now that is customer service!!
Bought one pair of kaki shorts and like them very much. Have purchased and received three more pair of shorts and four pair of pants. Great product. I like them a lot. Highly recommend them!
Purchased pants and shorts for my adult disabled son that wouldn't be difficult for his group home staff to dress him in. I'd offer two suggestions cargo pants/shorts and a true denim (not cotton twill) built to last like the "hand-me-downs" of the past. I've made the suggestion to major manufacturers such as wrangler, Levi Strauss, gymboree, Oshkosh B'Gosh, Carters etc since they already have a children's/toddlers line they'd only have to scale their sizing with the existing patterns and equipment. My suggestions went ignored wholesale and a see a vast untapped market for both seniors, the disabled and I'm sure caregivers would also appreciate the durability of a "typical" pair of jeans etc minus the fly in a pull on full elastic waist offering. I believe it would also improve the indiduals perception of themselves because they wouldn't be "clothing for the elderly or disabled", rather "working persons" apparel made with pride, right here in the USA, no different than the big "name brands" Motto suggestion: Easy on the eyes, easy on the wallet. Special apparel for special people.
